It would be ideal if people always sent clear and unequivocal messages in everyday communication, but often this is not the case. Hidden (psychological) messages play a great role in interpersonal relationships, and represent that level of message that is indirect, unclear, non-verbal, implicit or hidden. Words speak the smallest percentage of what is said, and it is precisely what is in the background, what is hidden, that is the message that is actually being conveyed. And that's why - don't believe everything you hear!

Why and how does the brain first perceive and accept non-verbal communication? How important are social and emotional skills in deciphering hidden messages? How do you know how to respond appropriately to a hidden message? How difficult is it to understand the psychological level of the message in the virtual world and how much has communication changed? How important are words really?

"Sometimes clarity has to be reached through confusion!"
