Based on discussions with principals and educators, as well as parents of children attending kindergartens, Pragma invites you to a one-day online education on February 14, 2023 from 6 p.m. with the topic: "Love conquers all - how to overcome a crisis in a child's family that significantly affects work teacher?".
Through education, we will cover topics such as the differences between stressful and crisis events in kindergarten circumstances, and frequent children's crises and fears - especially those related to crises in the child's family, such as high-conflict divorces, but also damaged parental relationships, addiction, death and illness in the family. During such circumstances, conflicting relationships with parents are also possible, which act as a source of stress for educators. Educators also notice internalized/externalized problems in children as a consequence of living in high-stress circumstances, which will also be discussed in education. During the education, methods and techniques of working with children in such circumstances will be presented, as well as methods of (self) help for educators.
Mode of operation: the education is organized on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, from 6 to 8 p.m., remotely via the ZOOM platform (duration of 2 school hours).
