Pragma organizes a one-day education: workshops and lectures with topics that we have noticed are important to experts from the social welfare system, whether they are employees - social workers, lawyers, psychologists or social pedagogues or leaders - directors, heads of departments or professional services within institutions and other organizations:
"Emotional intelligence and leadership in the social welfare system - a meeting place for employees and their superiors for the purpose of protecting the mental health of employees"; "Facing fear, death and violence in the social welfare system: when are we helpers and when do we need help?"; "The emergence of social welfare employees in the media arena: the media want to hear what the social welfare system is doing WELL, on all platforms. What can we give them?".
Through 3 lectures, the application of emotional and social intelligence in the field of social welfare and the specifics of work in the media field of social welfare will be discussed, as well as dealing with the increase in violence against employees from the social welfare system.
Mode of operation: the education is organized on Thursday, January 26, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., remotely via the ZOOM platform (duration of 3 school hours). After a short introductory theoretical part, we will present preventive techniques and methods for working in practice, and it is also planned to share experiences and connect training participants.
