Pragma, on Thursday, January 26, 2023. years, organized a one-day education for employees in the social welfare system. The topics of emotional intelligence and leadership in the social welfare system, dealing with fear, death and violence in the social welfare system and the exit of social welfare employees into the media were covered.
The leaders of the education were Nedjeljko Marković, Jelena Adamlje and Marija Granić, and about 30 registered participants shared their experiences and knowledge during the education itself and through several feedbacks they pointed out:
